We were delighted to work with Michelin-starred chef John Campbell to overhaul and extend his cookery school at The Woodspeen restaurant. Opened in 2014 the success of his first venture identified the need for more space as well as a complete re-fit of the original. With the restaurant’s market garden just outside, pupils are able to cook using the freshest of ingredients and learn from one of the industry’s finest.
