A treasured location in the centre of this Wiltshire market town demanded an exceptional building to do justice to the site. Our clients wanted a family home that was discreet, comfortable and sustainable. The design response was led by the site constraints and the desire for the principal living spaces to open onto a private garden. The selected construction method and materials was informed by our clients’ strong environmental agenda, with a structural timber frame, natural insulation products and embedded renewable energy solutions
